Policy

1. A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for all catering services, in order to guarantee the delivery time requested. Some exceptions may apply.

2. Please place your orders for the following day by 2:00pm. This will ensure that all requested items can be purchased for your function.

3. Order changes: Once an order is placed, any subsequent changes (i.e. number of guests, delivery time, etc.) should be made by the person who initially placed the order, to avoid miscommunication.

1. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a full or partial cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given then the portion of food that is prepared, or specially ordered food for that event will be charged to the client.

Special requests or menu alterations will be accommodated. Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to ensure availability.

Wait staff and bartenders are available upon request or necessitated by service. Labor costs are an additional charge for after hours or special events.
